Where we hold this information
This information is held on our server. Only personnel employed by Express Forwarders Ltd have access to this server and therefore your information. The server is password protected.
We have Monitored Firewall Protection, Ransom ware and Up to data Anti virus software.

Hard copy files and documents are held in our filing system in our secure office/warehouse The office is only accessible by authorised personnel and is locked, alarmed and secure when the office is shut.

How your information will be used
The information we hold enables us to provide a service to you. This service will be cargo Import and Export, customs clearance and often a delivery service. We will at times need to share your information with our partners (also GDPR compliant)
We use the information to perform the task required and identify your account and invoice you or allocate payments.
We may at times need to contact you regarding a current shipment or job.
As we offer many various logistic services, Express Forwarders Ltd would like to inform you of our services and any new solutions we may offer as well as providing you with up to date information of new regulations and requirements that may come into place
Financial Details
Express Forwarders Ltd DOES NOT store or hold any Credit or Debit card details for any of our customers.

Marketing
From time to time Express Forwarders Ltd will send marketing material relevant to your company’s requirements via email. Our promotional emails all contain an easy “opt out/unsubscribe” facility should you no longer wish to receive them in the future. All promotional emails are sent via a GDPR compliant e-mail marketing solution.

Data Breach
Express Forwarders Ltd will investigate and report any personal data breach within 72 hours

Your Rights
